I know the feeling. I was off my game all weekend long with the crud I came down with, not to mention general fatigue. Tonight's the first night in a while that I've felt back up to par myself.

We've been on this ship for years. Fulgenzio's been here eight years.
Petro, you might want to chance that first years to decades.

Well, a decade. Sifton's earlier effort to tempt Trinidge to mutiny made mention of the fact that he had two years of seniority on Engelier.

As to why the command crew had such little seniority, well, the ship took a hit to the bridge, thus inspiring a sudden hiring spree to replace command officers.

Edited it to 'over a decade', might go back through and do a bit of rewrite to cover that untidy bit of chronology.

Okay, excepting the scars, and say he got sloppy about keeping his hair cut, and of course the background details and weaponry are bogus... this might be Adivan.

Well, I appreciate the effort, but it just seems... wrong, somehow. The fact that the list of things that don't fit is longer than the ones that do probably has something to do with it.

What? He has red hair. All redheaded dudes look alike to me.

Sorry, there's just not much in the way of shorthaired redheaded dudes in science fiction art. That was actually the only one I could find in all the art stuff on my drive. I'll go through again and see if there's any B/W stuff that might fit.

Yeah, like I said, I appreciate the fact that you're trying, and I didn't really expect you to find anything.

And this would be the future Mrs. Ristani.

Oh my beautiful love

Okay, maybe she's borderline heretical, but she's cute and can get away with it.

How many Arbites do you have, IO? By my count:
1 guy speared
2 guys immolated
3 guys shot
1 guys' neck snapped
1 guy eviscerated

That makes 8 dead.

I grabbed 80. It's in one of my earlier posts where I give the good speech. You think I was going to go after this guy with less than a small army?

Aditional NPC

Legion

species human (space marine)
Disposition: Quite insane (he is legion)
Gear: Carapace armour (with a lambda on the shoulderpad), short sword, bolter
other abilities: Psycher Jamming (very annoying to all psychers, but the opposite effect to a priahia (literally thousands of voices, in one mind)

calls himself legion, space marine strong, very good with all weapons, not exactly in his right mind....

faults: no short term memories.

I got visions of numbers. The PsyKing can psychicly kick my ass. I'm going to kill him so I need an overwhelming troop advantage because I am at a home turf and psychic disadvantage. I clearly posted eighty. What's so surprising. I'm trying to win, not end up as a participant in Prius's and Pater's bionic man contest.
