The Y-Wing and B-Wing obviously have different roles. Nothing is going to be technologically better at a particular job in a technologically static civilization unless the weaker vessel was developed and sold on the cheap on purpose.

Well, now here is the clever contrivance. WEG is so damned insistent that Star Destroyers are uber and all that that they specially inserted one Victory. I think it was called Dominator. Watch as those buttholes say this means all Imperials are "larger Star Destroyer"s.Illuminatus Primus wrote:I'm so sick of those TFN lemmings bitching that Decipher says HIMS Avenger is the communications ship. What morons. The ROTJ novelisation is obviously higher canon than the Decipher TCG and specifically states that the communications ship is larger than the other Star Destroyers. The Avenger is one of the "other star destroyers" and therefore this is in direct contradiction. The novelisation wins out.
