Very slick indeed. I await the battle sequence :D

"That is correct!"

"How do you plan for that?"

"Uh... lucky guess?"

Once my spare PC is freed up from converting pr0n movies for folks it'll be rendering up a little battle sequence. When it's done I'll post it in a new thread so it doesn't get bypassed.

Already know most of that bollocks.

Switfsure Class DDG
Length: 180 metres
Draft: 34 metres
Beam: 48 metres
Decks: A to H
Displacement: fuck knows, half of Voyager probably
Crew: 12 officers, 38 enlisted, also up to 10 specialists

Built around 2 photon torpedo launchers in a retractable, armoured housing, each can fire salvos of 5 torpedos in 2 second bursts with 2 minute reload time, with a total of 100 on board. That's a 10 shot photon salvo, which will leave a nasty stain on anyones ship. Also carries 8 type XI phaser arrays for general coverage and knife fights with anything that can stand up to 10 photons in the face, but frankly they're secondary QF armourment and they know it.

Uses Starfleets standard palletized sensor arrays, and has space for an additional 10 units housed 5 on either side of the ship and allows the vessel to be configured in drydock for either ELINT, survey or AWAC missions on disputed borders. Up to 10 operators or sensor specialist can be embarked for short periods to operate and maintain the added equipment. Can also be used for special ops transport and has planetary landing capability and 2 large access doors in the lower cargo bay which allow vehicular access.

Very nice, great sort of glide to it's movements. Can't wait to see it kill something. :D

Oh, Rob! Long time no see. Tried to get a hold of you but no mail address for you. A guy at the Lightwave forums is rather taken with te model of the O-Wing and wanted permission to play around with it and work on it some more. He's a damn fine modeler so myself and Alan Hart gave him permission to go ahead and let us see the results, but only after we were unable to get a hold of you to check it was alright with you.

By all means. Does he want to change the look into a new ship or refine the design somehow? If the former then tell him to crack on and fill his boots (as long as he credits you guys for the original model); if the latter make sure he reads the O-wing page so he knows the design needs and idea's for function.

I'll PM you my E-mail Addy. Anyway for the last few Months I've been out and about so much chances are you'd not have been able to reach me without some sort of lag.
