I've never read too much into the Norse gods, so I think foir right now, I'll stick to the Greek/ROman gods...

The Greek gods would win, thanks to Eris. She just tosses an Apple of Discord into the Norse gods' ranks, and sits back. The Greeks don't really have to do much of anything.

The Greek gods rape the Norse Gods wives. The Norse Gods get pissed off and come to Olympus looking to cause some havoc. They are then seduced by the Greek godesses.

Violence and drunkeness doesn't stand a chance against lustful deities.
