How many times can I reinstall that thing? I've been doing alot of upgrading, and now a new PC, I wonder if I can still use my current Windows XP key.

Supposedly you're only allowed to do it six times. This is why the Corp version of XP is so widely pirated. After that, you'll have to call MS tech support and have them activate it.
