Hard Contact

I just have a question to anybody that can help me out

i plan on reading the Prequel EU in order and would like to know where Commando: Hard Contact fits into the order of the books, TFN dosent put in with their other list and all i have is ShatterPoint to look at a Clone Wars timeline

According to the timeline in front Hard Contact takes place 3 months after the Battle of Geonosis

I read Shatterpoint well before, and it didn't change anything. Hard Contact is heavily focused on local events, so you can read either.

If you're devoutly serious about reading them in order, go ahead.
