What kind of pussies are the Schola cranking out these day? Prius had to wind himself up to be ready to kill Hethor. Back in Hethor's day, bog standard guardsmen were ready to kill traitor marines HTH at a moment's notice. He's a disgrace to the commissariate.

Hethor's still carrying baggage. If the powers are being used in a way that he approves of they are "psychic abilities like our Blessed Emperor", if he doesn't like it then it is "witchery." Simple.

As for Gix, the report won't be that specific and it wasn't like you assaulted Hethor or anything. He likes Nathan and knows that Hethor is combatative. That's part of Hethor's job. Gix won't worry about it.

No, he'll take it seriously. But he won't know how you snuck up on Hethor and how invasive Nathan's technique was. He'll give Nathan the benefit of the doubt on the subject and assume it was a simple "don't notice me broadcast".
