Both sides get five years to "prepare" though with their respective commanders, there is no gaurentee that the the situation will improve.

Even commanded by a moron means nothing when their weapons can still destroy the other side.

I mean sure a rock could do better, but as long as they know which button to press it's still all over for the Federation.

Not putting in a third option is evil. I am forced to side with Jar Jar Binks, because he has an invincible character shield, and not even his utter buffoonery can allow the Feds to take down ISD shields.

I just don't see what's wrong with Jar Jar...that's all. I think it's more of a go with the crowd type of thing. I'll go with the underdog.

Jar Jar is cool. He has floppy ears and stuff. So he can kill anything. No one can stand up to him. If you shot him with the superlaser point blank it would misfire or something.

Which would remove any thoughts I have on Jar-Jar being a bad character.

Seeing how Jar-Jar is a jinx, and it effects his enemys, Wesley's caracter shield fails, and dies.

Wesley picks up a knife and charges Jar-Jar. Jar-Jar trips over his own feet at the last second. Wesley over shoots Jar-Jar, and falls down the shaft of an out of order Turbo lift.

Or AT fields cancelling each other out. Anakin has a truly invincible character shield inherent in the plot at this time.
