They allow you to host your pics for free (pics such as concession pics, newbie-poking pics, etc). I've just signed up and I think it's working so far, though I'm not 100% sure about it. But it sounds pretty good.
Basically this is for you people without web hosting who would like to be able to use pics on these message boards. I switched because then it allows me to dedicate time to my coolfreepages website, which has no remote-linking capability but gives 25 megs more space than my FortuneCity site and has unlimited bandwidth
