Id go with choice B

I was thinking of an idea and thought id put it up

I think it would be possible that the Empire no longer has Kamino or no longer knows where it is making their clone supply dimish and dont have the high clone techno thing going. So they have less advanced technology where multiple clones lines are produced. They have the best pilot clones lines and through Battle Commando: Hard Contact we see that some batches had some mistakes. Is it possible that the Empire used the botched pilots as stormies making more diffrent clone stromies and such?

I find it hard to believe that there wouldnt be a recruiting thing either for normal civilians. the dabate goes on of if Luke joined the Academy he would nessecarily go with the pilot thing he wanted to and all that. Also Han was part of the Imperial navy and we all know that he wasnt a clone

oh and also about the female stormies i believe its in the SW Insider 79 or 78 that in Bantha tracks has a picture of some girls dressed up as stormies and the breast plates are enlarged more than in the movies for the male stormies

The Imperial Army is wholly made up of recruits. The Imperial Marines (AKA Stormtroopers) are almost exclusively clones, although the officers seem to be exclusively recruits.
Don't the navy have their own troopers? Or are 'Naval troopers' different from marines? I realise that this is from WEG's Imperial Sourcebook, but other things have gone from that into higher-level canon before.
The Imperial Navy Troopers serve aboard Imperial starships and are well trained guards and soldiers, but have many other duties as well. They serve as security, hangar traffic control, sensor array moniters and other tasks. They are completely separate from the Imperial Marines and are exclusively part of the Navy.

This isn't really in response to any of the ideas of the other people (however, I pick A) this is just what I think. In AOTC the prime minister of Kamino said they have X amount of clones with Y amount more on the way (can't remember the exact numbers). It is also stated that if more were needed, it would take more time to grow them. I would think the only reason the clone army was created in the first place was for 2 reasons: 1. Kamino is a pretty much unknown (or little known) world, so the army would be hidden until it was needed, meaning the other senators were unlikely to know of the clone army's existence, meaning nobody could really stop their creation. 2. In Sidious' master plan, there would be little time to recruit (not to mention train) the necessary troops once Palpy got the emergency powers. The clones were only needed for a quick militarization of the republic, after their victory against the separatists they would be able to recruit. I wouldn't think Palpy would continue pouring credits into the cloning program when there was a cheaper alternative such as recruiting (or drafting?). My apologies if this has already been said.

It's actually more along the lines of "B" with the majority of Stormie officers being recruits, with the majority of troopers and NCOs are clones from at least 4 lines.

The Clone Troopers strike me as a sort of rapid reaction force meant to move in and rapidly take territory and fight on the front lines while recruits do the mop up and occupation of said territory once the Grand Army of the Republic has moved on to other battlefields.
