I got mine on the 21st, after playing the demo for a while. I can at least stand up againt the computer on HARD and defeat it most of the time, so I might as well try my hand at multiplayer.

No password.

Last time, everyone was able to join without problems so it should work.

EDIT: Grrr, something just came up. No go for me at the moment. Maybe later.

What the hell? I got the patch in a few minutes. But then, you're probably upgrading everything that's been put out since 1.0, so it would take longer...

...Alright, the AI is getting so predictable and so cheap as fuck that it's obnoxious. We need to start doing PvP, because I'm sick and tired of the AI going 'OMG perfect coordination with cheated buildrates and a spare Palantir I found in my closet' and mobbing.

I stuck around to watch until the end. The coordination was insane. Groups of Wartraks were leaving different bases at different times so that they'd arrive at Uraniun's front door time-on-target.

Part of the problem was that those 8 player maps don't lend themselves to AI stomping nearly as well as some of the 6 player maps we've been playing.

But yes, some PVP might be nice.

I'm having dinner in about 20 minutes though, so I probably won't be up for another game for at least an hour.

It's not that hard. You click Multiplayer, click Join Direct IP, and enter the IP.
