So 20 fuckwits in the Duma reveal prejudice against Jews, that proves what about Russia's democracy, besides that yes, it is definitely dysfunctional? If the Prosecutor General actually says yes, I'd be worried.
The fact that said 20 fuckwits got elected in the first place does not disturb you?

Of course it does. But what can you do about it? Kick em out? Russian's have had an anti-semetic bent for a while- I remember a conversation I was having with my Russian friend and he actually said something like "oh, he's a fucking Jew" about one of the "oligarchs". He really spat it, It was amazing.

While talking about Gusinsky or Berezovsky, I bet.
And no, you can't kick them out. But it does show a rather disturbing thread about Russia. Its not as bad as back in the Soviet days, when they wouldn't admit my father to the university of his choice because he was Jewish, but its getting there.
According to a new law passed earlier this year, all rallies must be registered with the Moscow prefecture. Yelena Polyakova, an official from the prefecture of Moscow’s central district, where organizers obtained permission for the rally, told MosNews that a public initiative group registered for the rally, calling itself the Slavic Journalists’ Union and wishing to hold a rally “in support of Russian Patriots.”
You now need permission to stage a rally in Russia?!?
That has been the case in Britain for many years now. Criminal Justice and Public Order Act Public Order Act (1986 & 1994) IIRC, and possibly the more recent Football (Disorder) Act and Anti-Social Behaviour Act (2003)
