They're definately not actual colour photographs, rather digital.
The colour definition is off, like it's been colourised, and it doesn't really look at all like autochrome (actually, it looks a little like it, but it's still all wrong), the only available colour film process from 1907 until 1935, when Kodak introduced Kodachrome.
