[uvrel]Tank

It's for a vehicle-based HL2 mod project of mine, it's based on the MBT-70 and it should have a grey/white camo pattern on it (for team distinguishing purposes).

Ref pics be here and here

I'd be most grateful if someone would do this for me, as my own skills are not up to the task.

With the way the back raises up under the turret, it looks like that gradient would prevent it from rotating. Which is a problem for a tank, for obvious reasons.

It doesn't, the pivot point is further ahead, which prevents this from occuring :)

Doesn't matter. In the foreward position, it's flush along that raised area. The pivot point could be a mile in front of the tank, and it still wouldn't turn.

Checking it once again, it turns out you were right. Moving 4 vertices a little bit solved that, and doesn't warrant updating the maps. Thanks for pointing it out.

The bore evacuator should be smaller diameter compared to the barrel and actually centered on it.

Pretty good-- just needs some follower wheels (the smaller ones inside the track, I forgot the exact term). I'll chase up a nice sideways view to show ya what I mean....

I think I maybe should model the suspension arms, since I left those out earlier for polycount reasons, but looking at it, I think I could add those in about 100-150 tris.

Not to nitpick, but a circle roles better than an octagon... :P

Yes, but this is a realtime model for HL2, so I have polycount restrictions. Hence why most of the detail is simply textured on.
