Most drivers don't kill other drivers. They know that if you can't see well enough due to darkness or other conditions, you slow down in case you need to make a sudden stop. If not killing someone is your idea of being on a high horse, then you have low standards.

How good of a driver is a 17 year old? Here's a clue: 14% of fatal car accidents involve a driver under twenty. Drivers under twenty make up only 6% of the driving.
