You're missing out on some excellent fanfic, considering very few have the spore die (it'll completely screw up the whole continuity - and badly).

They can always bring her back with the Ginzuissu, Ginzuishhooo, ginsu knives, the Silver Imperium Crystal, I don't demand permanent death, just that she bite it at least once.
Besides, the original novels were depressing enough for me. Under the Yoke is still one of my top three most depressing novels, and I have read the entire War Against the Chtorr series, and all but the last of Feintuch's Hope series without flinching.

Yes he did. A very good terminator book that reminds me a lot of 'Drakon' for some reason :D

2 Terminator books, Infiltrator and Rising Storm, both are pretty good, but Rising Storm is still only available in hardcover. Stirling as an author likes to use the trained from-birth supermen adversary whenever he can.
