Thrawn had a theme? :?
Remember the cutscene when Thrawn supervised the repair of a space station? When he said something like "I want this station fully operational within the hour", and the moustached captain answered, "yes sir". The third campaign, IIRC.

SNES/SEGA Genesis Desert Strike's main theme. Especially with the SNES's bass synthesizer.

Numerous Sonic tunes from my youth, occasionally mixed in with some Final Fantasy and/or Metroid. Reading over this topic was great, though; as I scrolled down the song titles they immediately began playing in my brain.

I've gone beyond having a tune stuck in my head(I often hum Super Mario Bros., Zelda, or Casltvania NES themes), after a hardcore 6 day long hours of playing Legend of Zelda:Oracle of Ages and Seasons, I WAS ACCUALLY HEARING the tunes from the game miles from the GBA. Well not accually hearing ofcourse, but it felt like my ears were recieving the sound. I think thats a clear enough description.

IIRC it was actually MK movie theme instead of actual game theme.

Don't feel bad about it.

Well, yes, do feel bad about it. Ruby was a piece of shit with no fucking variety in pokemon to catch and not enough trainers to level your team up enough to stand up to Gym masters.

Now if it was Red or Blue I'd support you, hell, even if it was Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Today at work I had the shopkeeper's theme from Castlevania: SotN stuck in my head for the whole seven hours. It's probably because I've been playing it constantly since I, er, "discovered" it the other day. ;)

:? I had no problems with gym leaders. In fact, the only trainers I had trouble with were the Elite Four, but that changed after I caught teh Rayquaza. :D

Doo-doo doo doo-doo doo, doo.
The most annoying is the remixed version in Super Mario Sunshine. That one is extremely annoying.

And almost all the music in Zelda 64: Ocarina of Time, and the final Ganondorf battle in Wind Waker...

And as I mentioned earlier, the Metroid Prime title screen...

Nintendo music gets stuck in my head the most. When I was younger, I also got the Sonic games boss music stuck in my head.

Ah... Mechanical Man. Almost everything from C&C (the original) are very catchy, like Act On Instinct, Just Do It, and C&C Thang.
