I just ordered a coax to toslink converter so I can run the coax digital out from my PC to my HT Receiver (Yamaha RX V-740) and its JBL Northridge 3 way main speakers, Paradigm powered sub, and BIC Venturi v62 rear speakers.
The Yamaha has a boatload of optical inputs but only one coax, and it's being used by the DVD player.

Once I run an S video cable to the TV, I'll be set for some nice surround sound video gaming. :twisted:

My hifi, via the ever-useful stereo to red and white thingies cable, it works, it sounds fine, I havent got any fancy games to warrant anything fancier. Hey ho. :D
