I just formatted my computer, leaving everything on my D: drive intact. In that folder is a folder called 9621e2ba35e757f63f1fd197a2a688.
I don't know where it came from or how it got to be there, but it has two folders within, called "sp1" and "sp2". Before the format, I used to be able to see what's in these folders, but now, it denies me access to even look at them. It also prevents me from deleting this useless piece of crap.
So ... how do I get this mysterious folder to fuck off? Checking the properties of the folder reveals it has 0 bytes within. Why won't it piss off?

I could delete everything inside the folder, but not the folder its self!

Easiest way, right click on folder, choose properties, go to security tab, click on "advanced" and check the thingy that says "inherit from parent" bla bla bla, then hit ok.
You must have "use simple file sharing" disabled on the "folder options" dialog.
