DIE MECHA SCUM!

*Wave upon wave of flaming green death thunders down from the skies and blows Ali-Sama's house to atoms*

*Ahem* That said, pretty cool collection there... oh, and hope you didn't mind the HAB Standard Objective Interim Response in Case of Contact with Mecha Scum, aka HABSOIRCCMS! :P

That's small? Small is when you've got a low to fair number of items from a single series or franchise: you've got friggin' Transformers, Mobile Suit Gundam, Macross, Robotech, and Dragon Ball, at least, and that's only in models and figurines. Take into account all the DVD and VHS boxes and cases, posters, and everything else...

I'm so envious (asides from Transformers and Dragon Ball, anyway)...

Starts drawing up plans to break into ali-sama's house.

But seriously, that's a cool collection, especially the Valks, and Alphas, not to mention the SDF-1 you son of a bitch:P.
Speaking of the MPC Alphas, how are they, I've been thinking of picking them up.

Nice. But...You know, I see katana after katana in people's collections here on SDN. Let's see someone with a damned 4 foot long 2-handed claymore of pwning DOOM™ (+8 vs. mecha) anyone?

is it just me or did I see a G1 Jetfire mixed in with....Sailor Moon?

See most of your TF stuff is RID, Armada and a touch of Energon, though the addition of the Alternator cars and the 20th Anniversary Optmus Prime is sweet.

awesome collection, make some wish I hadnt donated most of my mech toys to my nephews....

ABSOLUTE GLORY
"The rest of the poem plays upon that pun. On the contrary, says Catullus, although my verses are soft (molliculi ac parum pudici in line 8, reversing the play on words), they can arouse even limp old men. Should Furius and Aurelius have any remaining doubts about Catullus' virility, he offers to fuck them anally and orally to prove otherwise." - Catullus 16, Wikipedia

Ok...I'll give you the BinalTech, if only because Binaltech sounds cooler than Alternators...

but damn it, He is not a Masterpeice Convoy, he is 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime

If you REALLY want to push me, I will call him Masterpiece Optimus Prime! But he will never be Convoy! I grew up with him being called Optimus Prime, and thus he shall remain.

Convoy just sounds so.....normal...
Where as Optimus Prime...is majestic....the Best of the Best.....

i agree with you. convoy was the orioginal toy optimus priem was based on. convoy was a mecha aka piloted machine. no ai no personlity.

optimus prime was not convoy though he resembled him. Look at the toy and him in the cartoon. they look diffrent. the 20th animversey or mp prime is a toy based on the cartoon. which was optimus prime. the character the story etc was all amercian.

I never did like the japanese versions of the toy, simply because they were intended to be mecha rather than functional robots. Diaclone I beleive the toyline was called? It's been awhile since I looked at them.

Take a look at the original Grimlock toy for the US, he still had the cockpit on his back in T-rex mode which was from the Diaclone line. And the G1 Skyfire/Jetfire was basically the VF1J right down to the head unit.

Still, I grew up with them as Transformers, and almost always use the American names, even when speaking of thier Japanese counterparts (Fire Convoy is just RID Optimus Prime to me, etc etc)

Still, very good collection you have there ali-sama. I like alot.

the jetfire was the super vf1s. bawsicly th eon ein the center of the red and blue 1js.

the energon grimlock is awsome. looks so much like th eoirignal with posanbility.
i do the same.
Ali
ps thanks. it has taken me a while to get them togetrher.

Just a little nitpick but Jetfire was a VF1S, not J.

All the entire first line of Transformers was recolors from older lines. Diaclone was just the one that the Autobot line was quelled from. Microman was another, and Megatron was originally a Gun Robo.
