and i lost all of my stuff. Quickly now, what should I do first to set this new up properly (security and such)?

Also, what exensions should I get for Firefox? I forgot which ones I had, because they were just second nature.

I hope those help. Ok now for security you'll want something to kill spyware (adaware's been compromised as seen in another thread. If that's what you were using before don't any more). You'll need a software firewall if you don't have one already. OFC you'll need a virus scanner.
