me either. It won't give me another bit, because the snowman's hat is in the water, but there's nothing to hang it on

woot! did it; put the snowman's hat on the initial pivot (the bit with the timer pointer), and wait. It took me ages; every time I had it balanced, the damn birds moved. Looks like the Jove head is the last; I got a round of applause and that timer thing now has sun rays on it.
