Authenticator

Okay, I have a friend who has a client who needs a front page with a login thingy, ie, an authenticator. He asked me if I knew how to do it, and I don't but I told him that I could prolly find out. So, any of you know what I am talking about? Think you could help me out just a bit?

Hmm is on a webserver?

If it is on a MS webserver (iis4/5) pm me with a mail adress and i'll help you out.

Is it a webpage that he needs to secure?

Like a part of a public web server www.stardestroyer.net as an example.

But parts of that site needs to be private or for friends only?

If that is so and the server running that site is Windows NT4 or 2000 and he has administrative right on it I'm the man to ask.

Else I am sure someone can help you out

Okay, the page needs to be private. And I dunno about the server thing...I'll have to find that out. Later today, then, hopefully.
