Gyrojet weapon to bypass the shield,
or just dump enough KE into the shield
that the shielded person is thrown against a
wall so hard they break their neck....

That's what repeating weapons and fragmentation grenades are for. Since they lack actual telekinesis, it's not as if they're going to repel the shrapnel or rip the gun from your hand.

You need kryptonite to beat Superman. To beat a BG, all you need are earplugs.

the way to beat Shields in the DUNE universe is to dump so much KE
into them the shielded person is killed through massive KE transfer, like
being thrown against a wall so hard their neck breaks.

They'd know what you were pulling out of your holster by your mannerisms and probably could smell cordite on you before they even see you. They dodge beam weapons, what makes you think you could aim auto-fire any faster? Grenades? Hmmmm, not a bad idea if they have zero delay. If a R.M. can dodge a genetically engineered Tleilaxu Master's sleeve darts that he'd been practicing with for THOUSANDS of years, you think they'll hang around to see what lands at their feet when you toss it at them?

What kind of weapon generates that kind of kinetic energy and is hand held? There's a couple ways to defeat Dune shields, BTW. Slow speed attacks, for one. Massive static electrical discharges can short them out, for another.
