Yes, the 501st Legion, but that doesn't tell us *what* troops of the Legion he uses.VT-16 wrote:Vader brings with him the 501st Legion. A nod to his established personal troops in the EU and the well-known Stormtrooper cosplay group.

Two quotes from the trailer are available in .wav form now:
Mace: You are under arrest, Chancellor *sounds of lightsabres*
Palpatine: Are you threatening me, Master Jedi? *unidentified noise*
and
Obi-Wan (screaming): You were the chosen one!

Sweet. Obi-Wan's voice has just the right hint of desperation!

Just in from Rebelscum.com- the Blue "Senate Guard" have been consolidated with the Red "Imperial Guard"- they're helmets have been changed so as to have a black visor where originally you could see the face of the guard in question.

And based on his tone and background music, I'd wager it's right at the end of the fight.Crown wrote:Sweet. Obi-Wan's voice has just the right hint of desperation!
EDIT: Based on this voice tone alone, I've guessed how the fight ends.
Anakin is about to kill Obi-Wan, based on the shot from the trainer where he's moving his lightsabre to his neck. (Ani seemed to have lost his in that shot.)
Obi-Wan pull some facy wrestling style move, pushing Anakin over the edge of the rock. Anakin is hanging on, much like Frodo in RoTK.
In a last minute show of mercy, Obi-Wan offers his hand to help him back up, saying he can be saved or something.
Looking down at the lava, Anakin decides to fall. Just like Luke in ESB at Cloud City.
That's my theory.

I don't buy that first one, it doesn't sound like Ian McDiarmad, or especially Samuel L Jackson, I might be wrong of course - but the second one definately sounds good.Vympel wrote:Two quotes from the trailer are available in .wav form now:

You make an interesting point, it sounds rather choppily put together.The_Lumberjack wrote:I don't buy that first one, it doesn't sound like Ian McDiarmad, or especially Samuel L Jackson, I might be wrong of course - but the second one definately sounds good.

I don't know that first one sounds like a fan creation, Sam Jackson said "your under arrest" in that god awful Swat movie, and we no he said chancellor in ATOC. It wouldn't be to hard for someone to do Palpy, there are four movies worth of dialouge to pick and choose from.

The Obi-Wan one is genuine as far as I'm concerned, it sounds just like Ewan, but I'll admit that the Mace/Palpy one sounds ... off

But he doesn't particularly like Ian Mcdiarmid in that clip - it sounds like someone doing a bad impression of him. It might be just an odd take, or him putting on a funny voice, but it doesn't really sound like Palpatine from AtoC.VT-16 wrote:McDiarmid has never said "Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?" in any of the previous films.

It's from the trailer, so it's not edited in the form as it will appear in the film. Trailers are always made up of choppy dialogue and footage.Gandalf wrote:You make an interesting point, it sounds rather choppily put together.The_Lumberjack wrote:I don't buy that first one, it doesn't sound like Ian McDiarmad, or especially Samuel L Jackson, I might be wrong of course - but the second one definately sounds good.
