Darkseid vs. Silver Surfer

Who'd win this one? I heard of comic crossovers where Darkseid/Galactus had it out. what can Darkseid Omega effect do to the Surfer. What can the Surfer Do to Darkseid?

Setting: Apokalips

Silver Surfer beat Orion...Darkseid handed Surfer his ass on a platter(just brute force...one balst and he was pretty much gone...Darkseid almost did the killing blow but Galactus came into play.)...Galactus tried to eat Apokolips and found it most distasteful since it had almost no life energy.

Darkseid in the end won this canonically...I see no difference now.

Consider the following:

1) Surfer was created by Galactus

2) Galactus and Darkseid battled to a draw

3) Surfer failed in his rebellion against Galactus

4) Other creations of Galactus have defeated Surfer (extraneous, but emphasizes point)

Given solely 2 & 3, Darkseid should win. Given the additional combinations of 1 & 2 and 2 & 4, Darkseid would definitely hold the advantage. As much as I like the Silver Surfer, in this case he does not stand a chance of winning.

The story was done actually during a point where Surfer was still in Galactus service.

He visits Apokolips...and Orion knows that he the Herald of Galctus(rememeber cross over bring somehow extraneous knowledge).

He and Orion duke it out

Orion get butt whupped

Darkseid after sending a few more minions, decides to intervene

Beat Surfer first by one Omega blast then pummels him physically...and is about to do a killing shoy

Galactus shows up

They duel

Galactus as a last resort begin trying to eat Apokolips

Find it distasteful, and then realizes that Darkseid intentionally lured Galactus here to study him.

They leave one a basis neither can destroy the other.

But the little time they spent on Surfer fighting Darkseid...Surfer lost hard....very hard.
