Rebel Round Up
The Imperials came up with a brilliant plan in order to trap various Rebel Leaders. It would have worked perfectly but for the fact that Admiral Ozzell posed as the person that he had invited. The plan was to have each Imperial invite a Rebel to a summit each posing as one of the Rebels being being invited. Well thanks to Ozzell, the Rebels all arrived armed. Thanks to Han's timely warning, Luke had hidden his Lightsaber and a Vibroknife on R2-D2 and C-3PO. These extra weapons allowed the 7 of them to escape. It also helped that Admiral Ackbar arrived in The Home One.
Each Rebel arrived in a different Spaceship but two of them, these rode with one of the other Rebels.

- 1.Leia having been warned by Han carried a Hold out Blaster hidden in her purse. She did not arrive in an X-Wing, Nor did she fly The Millenium Falcon.
2.Han would not let anyone fly his baby. Han carried his Heavy Blaster Pistol ready to shoot his invitor. He could not possible have invited himself which made him suspicious.
3.When Ackbar saw his invitor, he put his Force Pike to his invitor's throat. He was not invited by Darth Vader who had posed as R2-D2.
4.The Tantive IV arrived with C-3PO riding with its passenger. This was not the ship Lando used.
5.The Lady Luck was flown by the man invited by Admiral Piett. Its pilot carried a Sporting Blaster Pistol with him. He gablimg a bit, almost crashed into Luke's X-Wing. The Invitor had posed as Admiral Ackbar.
6.Grand Moff Tarkin had invited someone who was his former slave. He did not pose as Luke Skywalker, nor did he pose as Leia.
7.General Veers invited R2-D2. Veers posed as R2-D2's best friend. Captian Needa did not pose as Lando.
8.At first, Leia thought that Luke had sent the invitation. She did not bring the Blaster Pistol. Emperor Palpitine had invited Luke posing as Leia. R2-D2 got its weapon to the son so he could keep his father busy long enough for everyone to escape.
