The imperials start with 5 ISD, 1 SSD, 2 Leviathan, 5 Dreadnought heavy cruisers, and 2 science vessels that are assumed to be falcons with slower hyperdrives.

What the hell is a Leviathan? Did you get Star Wars mixed up with Farscape?

It gets worse. DMJ is now implying that a Federation ship could shrug off a Death Star blast (if said DS blast were a laser).

Oh, we had that evidence over a year ago.

His current tactic is trying to discredit me with side point nitpicks. Example: I made an argument about the attack on the Taintive IV being a capture operation and that Vader clearly ordered prisoners alive.

He points out that Vader strangled the captain of the ship as if that disproved my argument.

I pointed out that once Vader interrorgates a prisoner and the prisoner is of no more use to him, he kills them (an obvious generalization--well, obvious to any intelligent person).

He responds, "well, he didn't kill Leia so you were wrong about him killing every prisoner"

As if ANY of his mindless replys do AYTHING to refute the obvious fact that the beginning of ANH was a capture operation.

I especially enjoyed that little argument of his. "The Imperials always killed people when they said in this specific instance that they wanted prisoners. Therefore, the Empire is DUMB!"

Stuff like how the guards intentionally tried to crush Han, Luke and co. in the trash compactor, even though it wasn't even implied in the movie, and how they blew up Alderaan even though they wanted prisoners aboard Tantive IV. Gah, what a moron.

The original question was something like "Besides Leia in ANH, who did the Empire ever capture?"
