I just "discovered" Glenn Gould..

Yeah, I'm about 50 years behind.. but I finally started listening to some of his recordings, starting withe Goldberg variations and wow :shock: For the last hour instead of doing some badly needed last minute cramming for an exam, I've been listening to a stunning 51 minutes worth of piano and odd yet enjoyable humming.

Which Goldberg is that? The early 50s version or the '81 recording? I very much prefer the latter.

And if you're going to get into Bach, get a copy of Yo-Yo Ma performing the cello suites. Your ears will love you forever. I like the variations and all, but there's nothing better than those cello suites. :luv:
