ok what is the largest Trek verse vessel that can fit inside the hanger of an ISD if captured Tantive IV style. or purhaps a list of which vessels could or could not be captured in such a fashion?

An ISD doesn't need to pull in a ship to capture it, just clobber the ships shields, slap a tractor beam on it and send over the shuttles and Zero G Stormies, or regular Stormies. I really wouldn't want to pull in any enemy ship, because they may overload the reactors or self destruct just for spite.

Slice it down to bits for a more effective storage and you can fit a Galaxy Class in.

I think most Trek ships are too wide for this to make much of a difference.Elfdart wrote:What about turning the ship corner-to-corner?

Indeed, I remember writing a fanfic with a captive ship loosing off a few photons into the docking bay when being pulled in. Killed lots of crewers, not much else though. Still, best to keep it outside.Deathstalker wrote:An ISD doesn't need to pull in a ship to capture it, just clobber the ships shields, slap a tractor beam on it and send over the shuttles and Zero G Stormies, or regular Stormies.
