Nope. They both get pw3nd by Clonetroopers. In the back. Well, Vos dies via Juggernaut.Stofsk wrote: Maybe an Aalya vs Vos duel?

Is that in the script, or liberties taken by Dark Horse? IIRC, Quinlan Vos was also drawn into the Geonosis battle by Jan Duursema for the AOTC comic adaptation.Vympel wrote:The complete ROTS comic has been leaked. I can say with some degree of confidence that the EU character in ROTS is Jedi Master Vos.
Now that you put it that way .... not in the script, we don't have the script available yet.Old Plympto wrote:Is that in the script, or liberties taken by Dark Horse? Its in the ROTS novelization as to at least *how* they could kill so many Jedi with no warning- the Clonetroopers had no malice, they were just following orders, and the act of fighting a war had blinded the Jedi even more than they had in AOTC (I'm doing a canon analysis page based on the scanned pages of the novelization available). Combine that with the implicit trust they have of their own troops .... They way they do it is very cold and ... even. Aayla asks her Clone Commander (he's in the trailer- ARC Trooper garb) if he thinks the reason its gone all quiet is droids, he simply pulls out his pistol and shoots her repeatedly in the back while simply saying "no".Who the hell can shoot that babe in the back? Those clonetroopers have no balls.
Ki-Adi-Mundi gets it the same way. Commander Bacara (cool looking clone trooper, different helmet from the rest) just says "General ..." and shoots him in the chest with no warning whatsoever. The same thing is repeated with a few more Jedi that we've seen.

Awesomely awesome. Your description of it brought a chill to my spine.Vympel wrote:They way they do it is very cold and ... even. The scene in the movie might be slightly different judging from this pic:

Looks like all her troops are ARC Troopers.

After reading the above, chilling, statments, I have to say these scenes, if true. Would be cold and heartlerss enough to truely make E-III the Dark movie it needs to be so very very bad... No more of this Binks stuff, no more goofyness, just hard, cold, evil deeds...

Now that I think about it, there are a lot of similarities between the Social Police and the clone troopers. More reasons Stover is a good choice to write the novelization of Episode III.
If I was going to wack a Jedi, I wouldn't do it fair either. Shoot him in the back, blast her from orbit, drop a house on him whatever. The Jedi might sense the threat, but he'll probably looking around for droid assassins instead of the clone troopers around him.

The graphic novel is available in .pdf format on MF.com for those who want to be completely and utterly spoiled. I am one of those. IMO, the graphic novel is very rushed.

Every time I type milleniumfalcon.com into my browser I get starwars.com. There has to be something I'm missing.

Yeah it's a bit spineless, but if want kill a Jedi live to tell the tale you must use tactics that are not entirely honorble (Aalya Secura defeated two rather stong lookin thugs(a Wolfman and probaly a human) with out using using her saber or any other weapon) so jedi with lightsaber at close range is very dangerous opponent (read better to be killed when (s)he is unawere of you).Stofsk wrote: Who the hell can shoot that babe in the back? *sigh* I knew I shouldn't have jumped into this thread.

Very nice! There seems to be Imperator (or Imperial)-class Star Destroyers patrolling the space around the construction site. However, does it seem as if they've retained the scale? While the DS under construction bears some superficial resemblance to the ICS, it seems to be too small, especially compared to the ISDs, but perhaps it's too difficult to say anything conclusive.Vympel wrote:+http://img198.exs.cx/img198/2069/episod ... tar0et.jpg

It's just concept art, not anything that's been finalized, and considering that we already know that ILM uses the Dorling Kindersley books as references, there shouldn't be a problem.Mange the Swede wrote:Very nice! Yea, it's concept art, but it is very nice concept art
Though if we were going to analyze things a bit, those spherical Construction droids working on the DS. If those things were to scale? They’d be HUGE!
