Well, I never claimed I was any good at it at first :D . Figuring that out indeed took longer.
"Death before dishonour" they say, but how much dishonour are we talking about exactly? I mean, I can handle a lot. I could fellate a smurf if the alternative was death.

SimEarth.

The manual for that game was detailed, explicit, and included so many facts and articles on the present day biosphere I still love reading it.

The best part was, they used real life studies on ecological disasters to show just how that firestorm, that eradicated rainforest, or tsunami messed with your planet and its biosphere. Truly a masterpiece.

Heh. Course my later strategy definitely went against the THEME of secrecy and covert defense. You know, level every last hiding place and bit of cover that could be protecting an alien with heavy weapons. :D

Well, visit Richmond and I'll let you borrow it for the night, Ace, as long as you promise to return it without any splotches on the pages.

The only splotchs on my manuals are coke spillage, and I don't drink Coke while reading someone else's book.
