Han could also possibly making up a fib about there being 'big corellian ships' or he could be referring to a Bulwark Battlecruiser. (Are they made at Corellia? )
The TransGalMeg Industries Bulwark class capital ship is a mobile fortress. It is one of the most battle-proof ships employed by the Rebel Alliance. Though plagued by rumors of unreliable electronics and sensors, the Bulwark's extensive arsenal, shielding and carrying capacity make it ideal for large scale operations. SW Rebellion
Wizards of the Coast retconned the ship's appearance in their relatively recent Starships of the Galaxy book. Now it's quite sleek and eye pleasing.
I was in fact talking about that picture, when calling it ugly, as far as I know, there is no other picture of it, the old WEG guides only gave a picture to the larger Republic class sd, not the Defender/Nebula, but I don’t own the Cracken books, so please correct me if I am mistaken.

The Imperial Comm ship in ROTJ is said to be a Star Cruiser.

Or he could be referencing Star Battleships like Admiral Giel´s flagship. It appeared to have a bridge-section with the characteristic Corellian "hammerhead":

Is the Star Cruiser name tag for it, from the ROTJ novel?

Giel´s flagship looks like an old concept art picture of Vader’s ship that I once saw somewhere, but can't remember were, might have been on Saxon’s site.
On Saxton´s site, it is provisionally called a 'Star Cruiser', since the exact size is not known. It was described by the novelization as being one of the larger warships in the battle.
The command tower seen in one scene in ROTJ, appears to be much bigger than an ISD tower, the main bridge (there are at least five) almost disappears in the structure much like the Executor´s bridge.
And, yes, Giel´s ship was inspired by a concept art found on Saxton´s site.
Lando, Wedge, Blue Leader, and Green Wing went in to take out one of the larger destroyers—the Empire’s main communications ship. It had already been disabled by direct cannonade from the Rebel Cruiser it had subsequently destroyed; but its damages were reparable—so the Rebels had to strike while it was still licking its wounds.
from the ROTJ Novel
One of the larger, so it does hint at there being several larger then ISD vessels at Endor, might even have been the Alligance typ vessels, from the Dark Empire Comic.
I fully expect the "Ultimate ITW" book or the other "Ultimate" guide that´s going to come out and cover all six films, to include details on the composition of the various armies and navies seen throughout the different battles. Get these things settled once and for all.
I´m mostly concerned about letting the Mon Cal ships stay unnamed/misnamed. There´s at least three distinct ship-classes at Endor, but they keep ignoring proper class-names. Even the Mon Cal-constructed ships in ROTS get proper class-names!
Maybe they don’t have class names, after all each of them is a “piece of art” and the ships in ROTS were build by the Quarren not the Mon Cal, as it says somewhere on the Indivisible Hand picture from the ICS. That is another thing they need to change in the ICS’s books for me to enjoy them, don’t bloody hide part of the ships past and construction history on the little annotation arrows.
MC 80 MC 80A, are their classes, after all the Mon Cal seem to have a diffrent classing system for their cruisers. They just need to correct the screw up with the home one.

Yeah, Heaven forbid you be required to actually read what's plainly in front of you on the page. Saints preserve us!

"And besides, who cares if a monster destroys Australia?"
The arrows are for things like marking „weapon emplacement of sound so kind“ „drive of sound so kind“ etc. not for hiding something that should be in the main text.
Sure it is, just seemingly in the wrong place. I mean at one point it points somewhere to the hull and goes on saying that the planet were the ship was build got blown up by a hyper drive disaster, which is more the kind of information that should be in the main text part, not on some random annotation arrow. But, that’s just my personal preference and something that is among the reasons why I don’t like the books.

According the the WOTC, Rendili is owned by KDY.
Proof? They're consistently depicted as competitors.

Since Saxton apparently isn't involved, the liklihood is slim. . .

The communications ship at Endor had a cargo bay, which was exploited as a weak spot once it lost its shields. Therefore, it can't be of the same class as the Allegiance.
I hate that thing. It doesn't look anything like a Star Destroyer.
I absolutely hate that piece of shit too. However, I'm sad to say that we should accept it as true. Saxton likes to dismiss it because it doesn't look like a Victory-class, even though it's also a Rendili Stardrive design. However, that's not actual, irrefutable proof, only speculation. The New Class crap gets dismissed because of the simple fact that they're supposed to be built on the same hulls as each other, but they look completely different. I wish we had something like that on the Republic, or a retcon like Starships of the Galaxy did with the Defender/Nebula (whatever those EU idiots are calling it nowadays).

Here's a slightly better representation of the Republic-class

Ah.. I rember that ship from playing the Homeworld2 Mod I have. Interesting concept, it looks more like a StarDestroyer... If it had been built by the MonCals
