If there´s one thing the CW cartoons can be given credit for, it´s keeping things on a galactic scale.
And the bridge-crew on the Venator Anakin and Obi-Wan used in the CW (seen in Ch. 22), appeared to be clones (or maybe I just need to check the bridge-scene again). There were clone pilots on the Acclamators in CW Ch. 5, though.

SW: Republic has depicted many different naval officers who are not clones. Including then Captain Jan Dodonna, who was more that prepare to blow the Rendili Home fleet out of space, rather than let them escape to join the CIS navy.
