Duel of the Bounty Hunters: Durge vs Jango Fett
Yes folks we have yet another versus thread. This time its between two famous bounty hunters: Durge and Jango Fett.
We know that Durge is immensely strong and durable (being able to fully regenerate himself from almost any amount of damage given enough time) but Jango's got all those crazy gadgets equipped on his Mandalorian armor. Can Jango penetrate Durge's armor and utterly destroy the monster? Or will Durge prove to be too much for Fett? What do you guys think?

Could'nt Fetts flamethrower work against Durge, and what about his missles?Jim Raynor wrote:I think Durge wins, barring any Fett wank. Fett doesn't have enough firepower (that I know of) to take him down.

You forget, Fett woudln't fight unless the thought he had a good chance of winning. IE, some kind of horribly unfair advantage.
Fett therefore either wins, or escapes, comes back, and wins.

Grievous could beat both of 'em, I'd say...
But if it came to just Jango and Durge in a head-on fight, I'd vote for a draw. No way is Durge going to be able to beat Jango (too mobile, plus the armor and gadgets)...but Jango doesn't have the firepower needed to take Durge down.
Now, for a really scary thought...think of the two of them, teamed up. O_o

Fett was putting some distance between himself and the assassination. Probably not wanting to jeopardize the deal with the cloners.Jim Raynor wrote:We're talking about Jango Fett.
Anyway, Jango was seen hiring Zam Wessell to do the job for him in Episode II. I guess that proves everything. Fett is too much of a pussy to take down one girl.
If Jango was half the BH that Boba became than he would know better to enter a straight up fight with Durge. If he does enter in a straight up fight than he likely has an Ace in his sleeve. I'd say Jango wins by a clever trap.
