I have played Fallout, several times in fact... I must have finished each one at least twice. Except Tactics, which I only finished once - liked the real-time combat but missed the role-playing.
"War never changes" is the introductory quote to both games. I kinda understand the joke but I don't find it funny, but that's because it seems that FLEM is pretty lame, like most online comics. (Penny Arcade OTOH is great)
