I read the comments and I have read many of the other comments that have been made against Christians in particular. Many of them contain bigotry directed against Christians. I'm surprised you deny this.

Having sex with Christian women is not persecution, but the manner that the question is phrased and many of the comments that have been made by members of this forum do suggest persecution is acceptable. I understand your point about making blaphemous comments during sex. There is nothing bigoted about that, however, like I said before this just reeks of bigotry against Christians. People who marry Christians can still be bigots against Christians in general.

Two points:

1) You're being an asshole. If you want to change the subject, open a new fucking thread instead of hijacking this one.

2) It is not "bigotry" to attack the Bible or to attack someone who tries to defend its atrocities. When you try to defend the bullshit in that book, you are making a conscious choice and you deserve all of the abuse you get. I'm sick of Christians who scream "persecution" whenever they're criticized, while simultaneously using a battery of laws to shove their beliefs down other peoples' throats and not seeing anything wrong with it. Do you think it's "bigotry" to tell communists they're full of shit? Someone who advocates an ideology (particularly fundies, whose beliefs are very explicitly stated) should be prepared to accept criticism for those beliefs instead of expecting to hide behind a shield of "beliefs are sacred" and screaming "bigotry" whenever someone dares criticize. And if someone openly espouses a belief that's stupid, he should be prepared to accept accusations of stupidity too.

In short, fuck off. If you're going to accuse me of bigotry, you'll have to do better than that.

The question wasn't advocating anything, it was asking for a fucking opinion. Just like asking someone what their favorite sexual position is, or whether they prefer yellow or chocolate cake at wedding. It wasn't calling for the persecution of Christian women, nor was it calling for all males on this board to rape unwilling Christian girls or women or force them to say "Jesus" or "God" when having anal sex.

If you don't like talking about sex, anal or otherwise, then don't read the damn post. No one forced you to move the damn mouse or click the link to get here.

As for any anti-Christian bias on these forums... I disagree. There's a lot of anti-fundamentalist bias, to be sure. But that doesn't bother me. In fact, despite the fact that I'm a Christian as well, I'm heartily anti-fundie myself. IMNSHO, the mindset of fundies is the same mindset that caused things like the Crusades, the Inquisition, the religious intolerance that forced the Puritans out of Great Britain, the intolerance that forced all the non-Puritans out of the Puritan-run Northeastern colonies, and all the other crimes committed over the centuries in the name of God/Allah/Budda/kumquats/whatever the hell you worship.
