Oddly enough, I just bought the main rulebook and the system lords book today on Amazon.

Ever since I saw it, I've been itching at the chance to play it, even if it is D20 (besides, I could always do a conversion later).

By god I WILL run a game this summer...sometime.

Well, in the summer I'll be at my parents place, which is about an hour north of where I am now. It could be possible, you could probably meet up with Marcao in Manhattan and take the train down and back with him.

There's also the possibility of my being at another con and running a game or two there.

Does this mean the books are going to be hard to find anytime soon? I was always planning on getting them but never found the time to.

If you're going to get them, do it now on Amazon. Discounts are running between 30-40%. That's about the best you're going to get unless you want to spend the next two years digging around bargin bins at cons or stores for damaged copies.

Is there a list of the full line of books for it? I checked their website but I know it's not complete.

Old old old news... IIRC this was posted by me and a few others back in February. Still sad though. Must get season 2 book. And don't believe Amazon if they still have the Season 3 book there - it doesn't exist. Sony stopped AEG from putting it to press.

So far, the boks released include seasons one and two, the system lords book, and the unchartend worlds sourcebook. I always thought the books were excessively pricey (50 bucks for a main book and 30 bucks per supplement, wtf) but Amazon's 34% discount makes it all better

There was also meant to be a ships book coming out sometime, but that'll come to nothing I guess.

There are some great quotes in it, and the pictures are very nice. Still working on getting to the rules, but they give a nice synopsis of the first several seasons in the first chapter of the book.
