A better question is what about the rest of the Sith order, they can't possibly do all they did, and have the Sith Speeder, Sith Infiltrator, droids without other workers that are "in on it.".. how would they keep their accounts? Are there Sith Accountants?
Heh heh yeah. I understand that. But even a politician needs a staff to run his office. He can't do it by himself. For a Sith however it's even more difficult cause they're supposed to be a secret. Sidious can't, for example, get Cletus Hogstomper's Discount Plumbing to take care of his hideaway's toilet problems. Yes, he might wipe the plumber's memory or plant false ones. Consider that the Sith have more than one project all over the galaxy required many personnel or contractors. Yeah, there are probably minor Sith acolytes and servants/slaves which don't count as part of the Order.
