Extrasolar speculation....sounds like fun!
I like the JPL PlanetQuest site.....it has a counter up in the corner with the 'current planet count'. Right now it's at 144!

Note that there are a number of unconfirmed/suspected planets and a number of confirmed objects whose planetary status (as opposed to brown dwarf status) is uncertain or controversial.
