indeed, which is why I always attempt to refrain some any behavior which will emulate said Shit List holders...

These people fail to realise their mistakes, even when they are constantly warned, hence why they are give the boot. Both of you guys are reasonable, so I'm assuming you guys correct yourselves when pointed out mistaken. In that case, you guys are fine.

Nobody who gets his ass kicked out of here can honestly say he didn't see it coming. They deliberately court this kind of action, and in fact, that obvious behaviour is usually one of the deciding factors in banning them.
