City builder games
I wouldnt mind seeing a city builder like Pharoh or Ceasar 3 for Star Wars or Star Trek say let you colonise a planret and such maybe even one set in the Fallout game> anyone else have any ideas?

City builder games just dont do it for me. If there's no combat, even on the strategic level, I'm simply not interested.

Ceasar 3 and Pharoah had combat. If you wanted they could have quite a bit.
You can edit pharoah to use differnet values. but you'd need to do some hacking of it to get sw buildings.
