The line is simply "No. I am your father."

Anyway, for initial viewing, I would show the OT trilogy first.

I would show the originals first. Those were the ones that captured everyone's imagination and spawned everything else. If they like those and want to know more about the past of the universe, then they can watch the prequels.

OT first. In fact, I'll show them my VHS copies of the OT.

That is, assuming VCRs still exist by the time I manage to reproduce. :P
