I've seen it twice so far.
Once at the midnight showing.
Then at 4pm the next day.

"Oh no, oh yeah, tell me how can it be so fair
That we dying younger hiding from the police man over there
Just for breathing in the air they wanna leave me in the chair
Electric shocking body rocking beat streeting me to death"

Which parts did she dislike from AOTC?Darth Wong wrote:Once yesterday, and I'm going to see it again tomorrow. Rebecca keeps wanting to talk about the story points of the movie, which is a pretty good indicator that she liked it a lot more than AOTC. After AOTC all she could talk about was how much she hated parts of it.
Who said that?? WHO THE FUCK SAID THAT?? Who's the slimy little non-Warsie shit twinkle-toed cocksucker in here, who just signed his own death warrant?!The poll wrote:No and don't want to see it. 1% [ 1 ]
Okay, that was a JOKE guys. FMJ? Please don't hurt me.
In other news have already seen it twice.... . Awesome both times.

In fecking Riyadh? I'd have to d/l bootlegs off the net to watch it anytime soon. And considering that net access here is for the most part capped at 256kbps, I'd have to burn out my modem and satellite dish to do that
Still, since I'm pretty much spoilered, so it really doesn't matter all that much. And I watched TPM for the first time when it premiered on TV and AOTC on rented DVD, so I can wait. Then again, I might be travelling next month, so I hope SQ would be screening them by then.

I saw it on the opening morning 3am showing, on what my movie ticket claims to be 'Australia's Biggest Screen'. By the time the people i went with sorted themselves out the midnight was sold out. Surprisingly i only saw one dressup (a guy with a green-painted face) coming out of the midnight showing, and one guy had a Trek shirt on .
Robert Gilruth to Max Faget on the Apollo program: “Max, we’re going to go back there one day, and when we do, they’re going to find out how tough it is.”
Saw it at half past midnight, thursday morning with some friends. There were 2 lightsabre fights beforehand; one by some audience members, and one by some people I knew that worked at the cinema. Then there was the giving away of a limited edition poster to the best costumed nerd, the C3PO guy won and did a robot dance.
The Darth Vader guy was funnier though, he couldn't see shit when finding his way back to his seat, and used his lightsabre as a cane. Also, there was some guy in Leia drag, that I shouted "take it off" at, and got a really loud dirty laugh from someone behind me.
Also, beforehand, my friends and I tried to troll a bit, and asked things like "Is this the one where Picard meets Kirk?" All in all, a very fun experience. By far the best prequel.

Mike, are you planning on writing something about ROTS like you did for AOTC?Darth Wong wrote:Once yesterday, and I'm going to see it again tomorrow. Seconded. Saw it on Saturday. My wife and I enjoyed it, and it cleared up some confusion for Sherri. With the exception of two children running around the theater during the showing and making asses of themselves, it was a good experience. At one point, I leaned forward and hissed, "You two! Stop running around and sit down!" at the two twerps. Their parents were nowhere in evidence.Lord Revan wrote:OK an upgrade.
