Two Black holes collide.... Who wants to bet B&B is circ

Post by Dennis Toy »

The chandra probe has made a discovery of 2 black holes colliding in the distant part of the universe. Who wants to bet that B and B wont use this as a plot in enterprise.

The Boobyprise will more than likely find a crack in the Event horizion as the black holes collide

Why isn't Trek off the air yet?

Almost a given with them. Just add some technobabble about holes in the singularity or something.

What I'm betting on

Post by Patrick Degan »

What I'm betting on is Dumb and Dumber concocting a plot wherein Boobyprise attempts to prevent the collision of two black holes —and succeeds through technobabble means, unnaturally.

Well, looks like someone can predict the future. Tonight's esipode of Boobyprise did have a black hole in it. However, it was still a dumb episode. The black hole emitted radiation that make the crew act weird expect for T'pol. It would have been a better episode if the radiation would have been eliminated and the episode does as a "day in the life of" episode.

Way to go you fuckin' yahoos. Not a day goes by and there's an Enterrpise about anomolous radiation (which, technobabbly enough, emits radiation directionally) from a trinary star system with a black hole.

And that's just the beginning of things to dislike about the recent episode.

Thanks a lot.

From what I hear, it was quite a good episode...

Then again, everyone here has already made up their minds about the series, so why bother :P

It flew in the face of science, but it was amusing. I'll take that over an episode that flys in the face of science but is boring.

It's such a joke, they should just start hosting comedians on Enterprise.

Adam Sandler one week insulting their wiener outfits and fake ship hallways and giving wedgies to the deserving and then Chris Rock comes by to tear a new asshole out of their white-supremacist fuckers with the only black man aboard as the ship's driver. What is this Driving Ms.Archer? I could see it.

Next season could feature the comedic stylings of Denis Leary (what NO SMOKING?! What fucking kind of future is this?), Mike Myers as a revamped Scottish engineer, Carrot-Top as himself, and Denis Miller to liven things up.

Hey, there's 20 episodes a year with which to showcase a variety of talent.

This is why Andromeda is orders of magnitude better, atleast when it comes to science. When they have black holes, you have extreme gravity and time dilation, when you get close to a star, you start to cough up blood from the radiation, you dont try to fuck Beka or Trance. Harper does that without radiation XP

Actually the time dilation shouldn't have affected the Andromeda that badly in the pilot. And you can't just shoot a bunch of bombs into a black hole to make a white hole. Though, it does appear that Andromeda at least makes an effort to be somewhat scientific.

We've made up our minds about the series from actually watching it and seeing how consummately awful it is.

B&B probably won't know the effects of 2 black holes colliding, and make effects up, using lots of pseudoscience. Then, there will be a lot of technobabble, mention of "event horizons", "quantum fissures", "warp re-calibration quantumiziation", "tachyon pulse", and "[exotic particle] coils".
