When I was 7 years old a girl took out my penis and screwed me orally, thus waking up from my sleep. The thing is, I don't remember if she was my age or if she was up to 12 years old. If she was, would that be child molestation? Another thing, how bad exactly is that? Would it be molestation even if I was the same age because I didn't ask for it? Given that because I didn't know how old she was,

Its silly how some of these laws work. Two twelve year olds can have sex, and both can be charged with raping the other.

You'd have to check your state laws. You usually can find them on your state governments website.

She obviously did this without your consent so that is rape regardless of age. Unless, you happened to have given her consent once you woke up.

Still, child laws are a bit different than adults.

No specific case. But I do know of a 15 year old girl being charged with child pornography for providing pictures of herself naked on the internet.

That’s fucked up it isn’t like some pig is photographing the girl without her consent. I believe that if a 15 year old wants to profit of her looks then that’s her right.

There probably is something legally about it, however, if you personally have no issues with it then no sense in making a big deal out of it one way or another.

No, that would be about five different kinds of stupid. It's been demonstrated in scientific studies that adolescents don't yet have the mental circuitry in place to properly understand the consequences of their actions.
