Where to get PS tutorials?

I know this could go either here or in AMP, but wasn't sure, and as it's computer-related, I figured I'd post it here.

I'm a Paint Shop Pro user at heart, but I've been looking at PhotoShop 7 very O.o like. Is there anywhere that provides decent PhotoShop 7 tutorials for beginners for free?

There's also the Tutorial Outpost. I've found many a good tutorial there.

Of course, I found a not-so-good one, too, which basically was this:
"Look at this fine picture of a galaxy"
"Use your favourite brushing technique and make your own galaxy"
"Brush more and add stars"

But they're not all like that
