All I can say is: Score! :)

The original was awesome, and if Traviss can pull off Urban combat, this one ought to be even better.

Discuss.

I thoroughly enjoyed Republic Commando: Hard Contact, and this news is most pleasing. Traviss is an excellent writer, and it will be good to see how she handles urban combat.

coolness. I have to wonder though, if she is going to continue to pair up omega and the padawan, how will order 66 be handled? And what will their sarge think of it?

This next book is set a year after Geonosis, so I dont think that will be a problem yet.

However, if she was to make it a trilogy.......

Read Omega Squad: Targets for a brief taste of what's to come-- plus an early introduction of Sarge. ;)

This is excellent news. I'm even more excited than when I was waiting for RotS-- I never thought they'd greenlight another one (nor did Traviss, from what I gather). Plus, this is guaranteed to be excellent.

Can't wait. Great title too. And null ARCs? They sound awesome.

Plus Kal! And the Deltas! I wonder if Del Rey forced her hand there-- I can't see Traviss wanting to take the limelight away from her 'lads.' :D

Awesome. Hard Contact kicked ass, the best SW book I've read in a long, long while.
