Actually, Frank got daredevil to shoot him.....except that Daredevil's gun
didn't have a firing pin in it...

So yes, Daredevil WILL kill.

Then how did he clean Daredevil's clock in the WELCOME BACK FRANK
mini-series?
Umm a siren or foghorn blasted DD's senses and the only reason DD didn't shoot him when he had the chance is major PIS. In the first meeting, DD was pissed off enough he clipped Punisher in the shoulder to stop him from killing criminals. And futhermore, being a huge DareDevil fan, I can honestly say DareDevil has won a majority of their runins against each other.

DareDevil 183: Draw.
DareDevil 184: DareDevil.
DareDevil 257: DareDevil.
DareDevil 292: Draw.
DareDevil 292: DareDevil Twice
Marvel Knights 15: DareDevil
Punisher Mini: Punisher

The total line up as far as I know is 5-1-2 out of eight matchups. :D

It's because the Punisher is willing to go as far as it takes to do the job. Most Marvel heroes have a little problem called fair play which prevents them from doing what the Punisher is able to.

PIS? The gun was loaded, the only thing wrong was a missing firing pin.

My apologies, been a while since I've read it. :)

I have the comic as a entire garage of miss spent luch money. :D
And I can tell you that the punisher while cool, in the 80's and 90's had his ass handed to him by virtually every marvel superhero he encountered. Do you really want a list of the time Spidey, kicked his but but let him escape? I like the character but there's no way he'd bag most of the characters presented. As far as killing Doom, HAH!!
