Step right up ladies and gentlemen, place your bets here.

In the red corner, we have at 7 foot 3, the mighty Chewbacca of star wars, who is known to rip people's arms out of their sockets when he gets annoyed.

And in the blue corner, we have (at something much closer to 6 foot) everyone's favorite Worf of star trek fame. Who loves a good fight.

No weapons.

Who'd win?

I'll bet for the Carpet, too.

Height and strength, I'll give you. But it is considered dishonorable for a Wookiee to use his claws for anything but climbing. They're tools, not weapons.

This is true, but in locked physical combat (particularly if it is a fight to the death) Wookiees have been known to use them as weapons. Although, if I recall, they do get exiled from the inhabited portions of Kashyyyk for doing so, and I guess Chewie isnt feral enough to do that. Still, he takes it with superior height and strength.

I read somewhere that wookies are ten times stronger than the average human. I can`t really remember where, but if it is so, then Worf is screwd.

It's also dishonorable to lose a fight. Particularily one to the death. Wookiees are different from Klingons - they usually live by a code of honor, but in the end they are pragmatic to the core.

Oh jeez...screw the claws, look at that gaping maw! Chewbacca definitely has an edge on Worf in the fangs department.

In ROTJ, Chewie picked a guy up and tossed him out of an AT-ST like he was a rag doll. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Worf has never demonstrated this kind of strength. I seriously doubt his Klingon Kung-fu (I forgot what it's called) would make any difference either.
